Accounts Executive, Client Solutions


The purpose of this role is to help with the development and execution of the company’s distribution strategy nationally with a goal of helping to achieve RAISE’s revenue growth targets.  The position will report to the Director, Client Solutions and will play a key role in expanding RAISE’s presence in the MGA sector with brokers and clients.

Collaborating across all of RAISE’s underwriting teams, the position will be responsible for helping actively manage and grow relationships and revenue opportunities by creating a strong network of contacts to generate a flow of quality business into the relevant underwriting teams.  The Account Executive will be responsible for helping understand RAISE’s key clients’ needs and aligning RAISE’s product offerings to their goals. 



  • Acquire and maintain a full understanding of RAISE’s overall strategy, product suite, and underwriting appetite (both delegated underwriting authorities and open market wholesale insurers)
  • Understand our brokers and clients and help develop customized advice and solutions that address their needs
  • Oversee merchandise and events


  • Act as a key RAISE brand ambassador through developing meaningful relationships and becoming the brokers/clients “go to” person at RAISE for relationship matters
  • Onboard new relationships including broker contracts and system setup
  • Assist with the digital marketing strategy and develop strategies for marketing insurance and surety products through RAISE’s website
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities and work with underwriting teams to win business and positively impact the revenue growth each year


  • Use KPIs from production reports, CRM, and other sources to identify successes and areas of improvements as well as share data with underwriting teams to help meet targets and develop external relationships
  • Help ensure service standards are being met throughout the organization 


    • Collaborate with underwriting teams and promote cross-selling opportunities where possible
    • Engage with brokers and clients to determine any product or capacity gaps in the market
    • Work with Director, Client Solutions and underwriting teams to develop and strengthen market relationships
    • Assisting underwriting teams with collecting accounts receivables, wherever required


  • 5+ years of business development and/or account management experience
  • Proven ability to collaborate with colleagues and management relationships, both internally and externally
  • Strategic and critical thinking capabilities
  • Results-driven attitude with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Resourcefulness and self-starter attitude
  • Passionate problem solver with experience helping clients solve problems through product innovation and connections
  • Ability to build rapport and engagement with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Confident, comfortable, communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
